Do you replace primary veterinary care?

No.
CARE functions as a collaborative extension of your practice. We do not provide wellness care or general practice services. Your clinic remains the primary medical provider.

Will pets receive treatment at their first visit?

In many cases, yes. Unless contraindicated, we can start a pet's treatment immediately following the evaluation.

Can I request specific therapies?

Absolutely.
You may recommend specific modalities or allow our integrative veterinarian to determine the most appropriate plan based on your goals and the patient's needs.

How will I receive updates?

We provide clear, timely communication with an initial visit summary, progress updates if any changes are indicated, and a discharge summary at completion.

Additional updates are available upon request.

Can you co-manage long term chronic cases?

Yes.
We commonly partner with primary veterinarians on long-term mobility, neurologic, and chronic pain cases.

Do you provide home exercise plans?

Yes.
If able, patients are provided with individualized instructions to support progress between sessions.

How do you handle anxious, mobility-limited, or special-needs patients?

We prioritize gentle, low-stress handling and adapt each session to the patient's comfort and abilities.
Please inform us of any behavior or mobility considerations so we can plan accordingly.

How do clients schedule after I refer them?

Pet parents may call, text, email, or request that we contact them proactively - whatever makes scheduling easiest for them!
